Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

An artist should begin every canvas with a wash of black, because all things in nature are dark except when exposed by the light. —Leonardo da Vinci “As an artist working exclusively on black paper for my colored pencil works, I identify with this quote from da Vinci. Each colored pencil work I create begins as a shadowy sketch, a faint impression of what is to come. With each layer of pencil applied, the subject emerges, bit by bit, until the full revealing transpires.
